Started at Empire Recyling (the parent company) in 1977 in the paper division sorting paper. Confidata started in 1989.

Document destruction is important to Tom because he is concerned about protecting the local community from identity theft.

Personal:

Tom lives with his wife in Verona. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Tom enjoys golfing and a great glass of wine.

Bambi Helmer

Bambi participates in the Heart Run. She speaks at schools regularly regarding the importance of recycling.

Personal:

Bambi loves spending time with her family. She has two sons, four grandsons and one granddaughter, who keep her busy with sports, music, programs, and other school activities. She enjoys sports and is a Buffalo Bills fan. She also enjoys walking, playing frisbee with her dog Grace and going out on Kauyta Lake on her boat.
