Document Shredding Services: What to Shred
Wondering what type of documents our document shredding services can handle? Never fear! We can shred and recycle just about anything –junk mail, personal information, tax returns, checks, files, paper, manila folders and much more! Do not worry about staples, rubber bands or paper clips – our machinery will handle those. Your privacy is our number one concern, which is why our state-of-the-art document shredding equipment shreds anything that goes through it until information is unrecognizable.
Where Our Shredded Paper Goes
After being shred and baled at our facility in Utica, the paper shred is then shipped to large paper mills. The majority of our material stays right in New York State. At the mills, the shred is recycled and made into everyday products such as toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. Not only is shredding your confidential documents good for your peace of mind and safety, but it is also good for the environment by taking part in a proven recycling process.
